Frequently Asked Questions

  • We don’t have a minimum, but our clients typically spend between $4,000 and $6,000, depending on the scope and scale of the event. We offer standard pricing for certain items, such as bud vases or ceremony installations. That said, we’re happy to tailor a proposal to fit your budget as best we can, and we’ll be transparent about pricing and expectations from the start.

  • We’re a full-service floral studio—meaning we handle everything from design to delivery, setup, and breakdown, so you can simply enjoy your day without the stress.

Our proposals are custom-built to reflect your vision, needs, and budget. We’ll include floral designs for key elements like the ceremony, personals, and reception, along with thoughtful suggestions for additional details that could elevate your event. Sometimes we include dream items that may go beyond your initial budget—not as an expectation, but to spark inspiration. We might also suggest creative approaches, like mixing centerpiece styles across tables, to provide visual interest and variety.

  • We love hearing your floral dreams! Because we prioritize seasonal, local, and sustainable sourcing, our designs celebrate what’s naturally blooming at the right time and place. For weddings, we work with a designer’s choice approach—always honoring your color palette and overall vision—so you can trust us to flex our creative muscles and craft something uniquely beautiful just for you.

  • Yes — within reason! Once your date is booked, we’re happy to revisit the scope for minor adjustments, like changes in guest count or table numbers (often based on RSVPs). While we can almost always add to the scope, we don’t accommodate changes that reduce the total by more than 10% after booking.

  • We are based in Philadelphia and we’ve had the joy of designing at venues all across the city and surrounding areas. We’re also happy to travel for weddings and events—whether that’s the Poconos, the Jersey Shore, along the East Coast, or back home in Charleston. If you're dreaming of flowers somewhere special, we’d love to join you there.

  • Yes! Like vases, candles are often offered as rentals and will be collected at the end of the night. They're a lovely add-on to elevate your tablescapes, and we’re happy to include them in your floral proposal.

  • We don’t offer physical mock-ups, as our work is rooted in seasonality—and many blooms won’t be available until just before your event. That said, if you're a visual learner, we’re happy to create digital mock-ups once we’ve officially booked. This helps you feel confident in the vision while still allowing space for seasonal creativity.

  • Caroline Florals is a labor of love, made possible by an incredible community. I’m forever grateful to the talented freelancers and friends who collaborate with me to bring floral visions to life.

I’m also deeply thankful for the local flower farmers and hubs who help make “local a focal.” Their work powers our commitment to sustainability and makes each design possible.

We compost responsibly through Bennett Compost and donate leftover blooms to the South Philly Community Fridge. If you're interested in partnering, please reach out!

A big thank you to the planners and clients who have supported and recommended us—your trust means the world.

And to the photographers who so beautifully capture our work: thank you. Your images help us tell our story and preserve the magic of each event.

  • After your event, we return to collect all rental items and responsibly break down the floral designs—composting the flowers and saving any reusable mechanics.

If you'd like to keep the arrangements, you’re welcome to purchase the vases at cost or borrow them for a next-day event, as long as they’re returned within a week.

We also love when couples choose to donate their flowers. For a small fee, we offer a post-event donation service where we redesign your blooms into mason jar arrangements and deliver them—guerrilla-style—to the South Philly Community Fridge. It’s a beautiful way to extend the life of your flowers and share joy with others.

  • Please email me! I’m open to collaborating or working other events.
