Before reaching out, take a moment to explore our portfolio and ethos. Make sure our style and approach resonate with your vision — alignment from the start makes for the best collaboration!

Fill out our inquiry form with as much detail as you can. Tell us about your dream day — your vision, priorities, guest count, and budget. The more we know, the better we can serve you.

If we're available, we’ll reach out to schedule a call. We’ll chat about your plans, answer questions, and see if we're a good fit for each other.

After our call, you’ll receive a custom floral proposal tailored to your event. We'll work together to refine it until we're aligned. Proposals are valid for 10 days.

When you're ready to move forward, we’ll send over a contract and invoice for the non-refundable retainer to secure your date.

We’ll schedule a site visit (ideally together!) and stay in touch as your big day approaches. Payment is made in two parts: 50% due 90 days out and final balance due 30 days out. Around the time of your final payment, we'll reconnect to confirm all the details and share a planning sheet that outlines the floral design and hard-good selections for your approval
